Simply lay the leaves in the aquarium. The effect of the ingredients begins with no further action required and lasts 1 – 3 weeks.
Harvested directly from the tree, cleaned and sun-dried.

Specialists have been reporting on the proven beneficial properties of Indian almond leaves for quite some time: They have an anti-bacterial effect, inhibit fungi and have an astringent effect (anti-haemorrhagic and anti-inflammatory). Not only that, shrimps and snails (including the Tylomelania species from Sulawesi) love Catappa leaves as a supplementary food. Using the Catappa leaves is very simple: All you need to do is lay them in the aquarium and before long, they sink to the floor and, without any further action required, their active ingredients begin acting, lasting 1 – 3 weeks. JBL sells the Indian almond leaves harvested fresh from the tree, cleaned and sun-dried and available in 2 sizes: JBL Nano-Catappa leaves with a length of 17 cm and JBL Catappa XL with a length of 24 cm.
